In-Person Notarization / Commissioning
starts at $60
- Standard document notarization costs $40.00+tax for TWO signatures; $60 for up to THREE signatures, and THREE seals, with an option to receive virtual copy; additional signatures are $2.00 each. Initials are included
- Bulk notarization package after 15 signatures with gold seal is $200+tax. Initials are included.
- Specialized documents, including Estate documents, start at $60.00 per signature and seal up to $200.00.
- Gold foil seals are available for $5.00 each.
- Digital scans of documents
Mobile Notary Services
starts at $60
- “1000 Islands service line” Between Gananoque through Prescott via highway 401: $20.00 in addition to the notary service requested.
- Leeds-Grenville beyond the 1000 Islands service line: $20.00+ gas mileage in addition to the notary service requested
- Kingston and Ottawa mobile services: $60.+ gas mileage in addition to the notary service requested.
Remote Online Notary and Commission
starts at $40
- First remote online commission costs $40.00; subsequent commissions are the same price.
- Specialized document add-on service is $30.00
- Affidavits, Commissioner of Oaths and other documents; includes services for Wills and Power of Attorney: $60.00+tax
- Individual bundle (1 Will & 2 PoAs) costs $200.00; family bundle (2 Wills & 4 PoAs) costs $300.00.

Per signature

No stamp or seal is required as per NY State law.
Electronic Notarization (RON)
$25.00
New York law allows electronic notaries to charge up to $25 per electronic notarial act performed, which can include the seal.
Mobile Notary plus Travel Fees
$2.00 plus mileage charge
Notaries as per NY law may arrange for separate travel fees for mobile services, but these must be disclosed and charged separately:
- Within Ogdensburg City limits: $0
- Within 10 miles from Ogdensburg, NY: $6.00
- Within 20 miles from Ogdensburg, NY: $20.00
- Over 20+ miles from Ogdensburg, NY: $20.00 + gas mileage charge.
