My name is Chantele Ehler, and I  got back into law primarily to help businesses. I have experience in diverse fields spanning over 30 years of experience in multiple business settings. I've consulted with self-employed and small businesses on their website design, in addition to learning the challenges of legal compliance facing most businesses in Ontario.

I have experience designing Alternative Dispute Resolution ("ADR") structures in companies, which especially help Human Resource ("HR") managers. Using mediation services, companies can relieve stress by restructuring adversarial systems that can caused stress in both ownership and among employees. 

I also can assist with workplace mediation, which can include assisting Landlords with tenants in resolving disputes.

As a paralegal, I can notarize documents, provide in house legal assistance with compliance initiatives, and organizing legal documentation. I can represent businesses in Small Claims Court and before Tribunals.
